Introduction
The SMS-2-Mail application enables your customers to contact you easily by using their mobile phone.
Our gateway will forward all incoming text messages to your e-mailaddress and send an acknowledgement to the customer.
This application is typically used by and for:
- Radio stations: Listeners can text messages to the studio and/or their favourite DJ who will use the responses in the show.
- Information requests: Your prospects text their enquiries or orders straight to your office. Using a chargeable reply enables you to recover your handling costs involved.
- Magazines:
SMS is very suitable for sending in the solution of the monthly puzzle in a magazine. Unlike enquiries via e-mail, you can bill every contestant for participation.
